Right of return

* The consumer within the EU has the right to inform the company that he renounces the purchase without penalty and without giving any reason within 14 calendar days from the day following the delivery of the good or the conclusion of the service agreement .

* The goods must be returned at the buyer's expense within this period. The items must be:

In their original, undamaged packaging,
Complete with all accessories and manuals,
Accompanied by a copy of the invoice or delivery note.

* Incomplete, damaged, soiled products, discounted items, discontinued products, or goods used by the consumer cannot be returned.

* At the latest 30 days after acceptance of the return, the seller will refund any sums paid , except for the direct cost of the delivery/transaction costs .

* Ex Article 80 § 4 Act of 14 July 1991 on trade practices and consumer information and consumer protection , the right to cancel does not apply to:
the delivery of products according to the specifications of the consumer have been manufactured or clearly personalized or which can not be returned due to their nature or quickly spoil or age.
