Shipping:

For customers outside the EU, please check with your local customs office to determine if import duties need to be paid in your country.
The importer is responsible for paying the import duties to their local customs office.
Utopia Products has no control over import duties or processing times in your country.
If the customer fails to pay local duties and the parcel is returned, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping, the return shipping costs, the original shipping costs, and any additional fees incurred as a result of the refusal.
